Harlequin Meadow Description | Flora & Fauna

At the western edge of the forest that surrounds the lake, and South of the Glade is an open meadow. There is a soft-edge transition from forest to meadow where the trees gradually blend into the tall grass. It has gentle rolling hills covered with dense vegetation consisting of clover, alpine lupine, and an array of different flowers and plants. There are patches of thick shrubs which grow wild berries in the autumn months. Some of the plants persist even in the winter, but most turn brown or are covered with snow.
