Fox had found a new project. It was proving to be a complicated sort of thing to tackle, but Fox always found a strong sense of calm in immersing herself into a project. This particular one had been in progress all morning and still she felt as if it was progressing slower than normal. It was new though. This was not like her patterns made from rocks and feathers.
The orange pup was currently at the Rangers main cache, digging solemnly away. For all that her hips wobbled when she walked, she had managed to plant herself firmly enough to be largely successful with her digging. Perhaps she was not as exuberant as other pups might have been. Part of the area looked freshly dug, Fox had been at this for a while now. It had started innocently enough. The girl had just wanted to eat some fish. It reminded her of the shoal and Bucky had made it clear the cache was here for her to choose from. However, no matter how she dug at it, there was no fish to be found. There were a large variety of other things, but each thing that Fox dug up was not what she wanted.
It seemed that the entire cache was just a disorganized mess to her. How was anyone supposed to find what they wanted if things were just put in there with no sense of order. Fox was here to impose an order, even if it took all day, and even if her tummy was rumbling from her determination to eat fish and not anything else. She unearthed another furry creature and the small girl wrapped her jaws around a limb to begin to pull it out. What it was was not clear yet, but once she had identified it, she would re-bury it alongside the other things that were like it.
